If you received an order confirmation e-mail but it has been a while and your order has not yet been shipped, it is most likely a pre-order-item that is currently not in stock.
Pre-order items will have an "approximate shipping" information on the product page, just above the button "Add to cart".
Your pre-order item will be shipped out automatically, as soon as it gets back in stock. Once the item is shipped, you will receive a shipping confirmation mail.
If you do not want to wait on your pre-order item, please inform our team with your wish to cancel any pre-order items at [email protected]
