As a rule, Klarna invoices must be paid within 14 days of the invoice date. You can always find the exact payment term in the Klarna invoice. Of course, you can also change the payment term of your invoice in the app. If we have not received payment by the payment deadline, we will send a first reminder by email and charge reminder fees.
Good to know: We send a total of three reminders at least 12 days apart. You will receive the last reminder by post. If no payment has been received after the third reminder, a debt collection agency may be commissioned. This will incur additional costs for you. If you are unable to pay your invoices, contact our customer service via chat or the Klarna app. Please contact us in good time, at the latest after receiving the first reminder, so that we can find a solution together.
