1. The Item is a Pre-Order
In many cases, a missing item is simply part of a pre-order. If you’ve ordered a product that’s not immediately available, it’s likely that it will be delivered on the pre-order date stated in your order confirmation email. You can double-check your order confirmation to see if any of your items have a pre-order status with an expected delivery date.
2. Check for Shipping Information from Our Fulfillment Center
Sometimes items are shipped separately. Please check your inbox for an email from our fulfillment partner, VDS Fulfillment, which includes the shipping information for the item. If your item has already shipped, this email will provide a tracking number and details about the delivery.
3. No Pre-Order Date and No Shipping Information? Contact Us!
If the missing item is neither a pre-order nor has shipping information, it might have been overlooked or there could be an issue with your order. In this case, we encourage you to reach out to us. You can either:
