Returns within Germany

Hey Honey provides a free returns label for returns within Germany. Please register your return in our online portal: https://hey-honey.com/de/pages/returns

Keep the receipt of the return!

As soon as the return has reached us, you will receive an e-mail confirmation. From then on, please allow up to 7 working days for your return to be fully processed and refunded.

Hey Honey provides prepaid return labels with shipment tracking. Returns from the E.U. can take up to 10 days to arrive and returns from Switzerland or the U.K. can take up to 20 working days.
