My invoice amount is incorrect. What can I do?Updated 4 hours ago

If the invoice amount does not match the information provided by the retailer, you should not pay the invoice for the time being. We recommend that you proceed as follows:

  • Please contact the retailer directly to correct the invoice accordingly.
  • After you have contacted the merchant, report the problem in the Klarna app or here. Use the ‘Report a problem’ option and select ‘The order information is incorrect’.
  • As soon as you have reported your problem, we will pause your payment until you have found a solution with the merchant.

If the merchant does not make a correction to your invoice, Klarna will contact you and ask for more information. It is important that you keep all documents and reply directly to our emails. This is the only way we can help you to clarify your request and obtain a correction to your invoice.
