Hey Honey offers a voluntary loyalty program.
- Reward points can be redeemed once per order, similar to other discount codes
- Reward points or discounts are distributed across all items of an order and will be considered accordingly in the case of returns
- Reward points or cashback will not be refunded or recredited in the event of returns
- The loyalty program is a voluntary service. Hey Honey reserves the right to modify or terminate the program at any time
- Special promotions within the loyalty program may be subject to additional terms and conditions, which will be communicated separately
Please note that loyalty discounts/points are not the same as vouchers/gift cards. They behave differently and do not work in the same way.
Exchanges:
If a customer wishes to exchange the size of an item, they can register a size exchange through the portal (for EU only): https://ssp.alaiko.com/heyhoneyyoga/return-labels
In this case, the customer will receive all loyalty discounts as applied.
Returns:
If a customer returns partial items of the order for which they used a loyalty discount, they will only receive part of the discount - the percentage that applies to the item that was kept.
The discount attributed to returned items will be forfeited.
If all items from an order are returned for a which a loyalty discount was used, the full discount will be forfeited.
