How is a refund processed if my order was not delivered?Updated 3 months ago

If your order was not successfully delivered and is returned to us, we will promptly process a refund for the full purchase amount. The refunded amount will be credited back to the original payment method used at the time of purchase.

Refund Process Details:

  • Processing Time:
    Once the returned order is received and processed in our system, the refund will be initiated. The time it takes for the refund to appear in your account may vary depending on your payment provider. Generally, it can take between 5 to 10 business days for the funds to be credited back to your account.

  • Confirmation:
    You will receive an email notification once the refund has been processed. This email will include the refund amount and an estimated timeframe for when you can expect to see the funds in your account.

  • Payment Method:
    The refund will be applied to the same payment method used during the initial purchase. If you used a credit card, the refund will be credited to that card. If you used PayPal or another payment service, the refund will be sent back through that service.

  • Bank Processing Times:
    Please note that while we process refunds immediately upon receiving the returned order, the time it takes for the refund to be reflected in your account is subject to your bank or payment provider’s processing times, which we cannot control.

  • Failed Delivery Due to Incorrect Address:
    If the order was undeliverable due to an incorrect address provided at checkout, we will still process a refund after the item is returned to us, minus any shipping costs if applicable.
