You usually have 30 days from the invoice date to pay your invoice. The invoice is sent by email. You can view all your invoices at any time in the Klarna app.
If you are not satisfied with your goods, you can ‘report a problem’ in the Klarna app so that your invoice is paused until you have been able to resolve your issue with the merchant.
Good to know: You can find the payment term or payment information for your invoice in the app at any time. Easily check in the app whether your payment for your invoice has been received. We recommend that you make all your payments directly in the Klarna app to avoid possible incorrect transfers or reminders.
