If you need to exchange a product for a different size, follow these simple steps using our returns portal:
Visit the Returns Portal
Go to our Returns Portal.Enter Your Order Details
You’ll need to provide your order number and the email address used for the purchase. Click "Start Return" after entering the details.Select the Item for Exchange
Choose the product you wish to exchange from your order history.Choose the Exchange Option
Select the option to exchange the product "different variant" and indicate the new size you require.Confirm the Exchange
Review your exchange request and confirm it. You'll receive a confirmation email with the next steps.Send the Product Back
Follow the instructions provided to ship the product back to us. Once we receive the returned item, we’ll ship the new size to you.
If you have any questions or need further assistance, please contact our customer support team.
Exchanges can be registered via the return portal within the 30-day return window. After that, exchanges can no longer be accepted.
Please note: The customer needs to use the provided return label within its validity time. Once the return label expires and / OR the 30-day return window closed, neither exchanges nor returns will be accepted.
Please note: Orders from Switzerland or the U.K. can not be exchanged and need to be sent back and ordered again.
Please note: We ONLY accept items in their original condition - unworn, unwashed and with the tags attached. Items that were already worn or are missing the tags CANNOT be exchanged or returned.
Please note: If your size is not currently available in the return portal, then this size is not in stock. In this case, please register a return instead. Manual changes to exchange orders are not possible.
