You will find a selection of pre-defined amounts. Please select the appropriate amount. You then have the option of sending the voucher as a gift.

To do this, tick the checkbox ‘I would like to send this as a gift’.

• Enter the e-mail address of the person you wish to send the gift voucher to, the date you wish it to be sent and a personal message. 
• The gift voucher will then be sent to the desired person by e-mail on the selected date.
• You will receive an order confirmation to your e-mail address after purchasing the gift voucher. If you have not entered a different e-mail address, you will also receive the voucher in a separate e-mail. Please also check your spam folder.

The vouchers are digital, but can also be printed out. To do this, please click the ‘View gift card’ button in the e-mail containing the gift voucher. The voucher will then be displayed online. Here you also have the option of printing the voucher as a PDF.

Important information about vouchers

Similar to discount codes, vouchers are applied at checkout. The voucher code must be entered in the field provided.

Vouchers can also be used for multiple orders until the credit has been used up. If the voucher amount is not sufficient for an order, the outstanding amount can be paid using one of our payment options.

Should you wish to return one or more items from an order that has been partially or fully paid for with a voucher, please note that the voucher will first be topped up before any refunds are made to the payment method used.

Vouchers cannot be paid out. Unless otherwise stated, Hey Honey vouchers do not expire.
